Formed in 1998, ExtranetWorks was formed out of ONTOP Systems, a stable accounting software firm with over a dozen years of history and experience in the industry. ExtranetWorks was formed when we were asked to use our technology to solve problems for Fortune 500 companies who wanted to tone-down the torrid exuberance of a would-be million dollar project.

Michael Grigsby is President of ExtranetWorks. He is also the President of ONTOP Systems as well as On-The-Dot! Software, a firm specializing in electronic imaging and management software. Before co-founding ExtranetWorks Corporation, Mr. Grigsby served in various roles as a Vice President at Versify Software and Tactica Corporation, including marketing and customer service. He formerly worked for Timberline Software and left as Director of Marketing for Customer Services. Mr. Grigsby was instrumental in creating a world-class support organization for Timberline Software. Mr. Grigsby holds a B.S. in Human Resources Management from George Fox College.
